Renal / Kidney and Urinary Tract Ultrasound Scan
A renal or urinary tract ultrasound scan is a safe, non-invasive imaging tool used to evaluate the kidneys, ureters, and bladder. This scan provides detailed information to support your clinician in assessing urinary function and identifying structural changes such as stones, cysts, or masses.
Women are more prone to urinary tract infections (UTIs) due to anatomical differences. Ultrasound scans can help clinicians understand the urinary tract’s structure and support ongoing monitoring of urinary health.
At Ultramsono, we also offer a combined pelvic and kidney ultrasound package for patients with a medical history of congenital anomalies or ongoing pelvic and urinary tract issues. For any questions regarding this combined option, please speak with your healthcare provider or our team.

What organs will be evaluated in this scan?
Kidneys: position, structure, presence of stones, cysts, or masses
Bladder: wall thickness, diverticula (pouches), stones, and larger masses
