Foot and Ankle Ultrasound Scan
At Ultramsono, we provide advanced foot and ankle ultrasound scans for both male and female patients. These non-invasive scans are ideal for individuals experiencing foot or ankle pain, particularly after sports injuries, trauma, or repetitive strain. Using high-resolution imaging, our experienced specialists assess the musculoskeletal structures of the foot and ankle to detect underlying conditions and guide accurate diagnosis.

Foot pain can arise from various causes, including overuse injuries, fractures, or degenerative conditions such as arthritis. Similarly, ankle pain may result from acute injuries like sprains or chronic issues such as tendinitis. An ultrasound scan offers a safe and efficient way to identify inflammation, tears, cysts, and soft tissue abnormalities, helping patients receive timely and effective treatment.
At Ultramsono, our scans are performed with precision and care, providing clear diagnostic insights to help you make informed decisions about your health and recovery.

What are the preparations for a Foot and Ankle Scan?
No special preparation is required for a foot and ankle ultrasound. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we recommend wearing loose and comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being scanned. Please remove any jewellery or metal objects from your foot or ankle, as these can interfere with the ultrasound imaging. During the procedure, you may be asked to lie down or sit while your foot is positioned comfortably to obtain the best possible images.
